iFlashDrive - USB&Bluetooth&Email File Sharing App Reviews

Would have potential if I could add things from the device instead of having to connect to iTunes first to add things to the list. Need to either fix that or come out with better instructions on how to add things to the list from the device.

Dont buy this if you are looking for an iTunes free solution! The creators of this app FAILED to put anything in its description about the need to have iTunes in the equation. I bought this app because I DIDNT WANT TO HAVE TO USE ITUNES!!!! Even though the app only cost me ¥170 (2 bucks) I feel totally ripped off. I dont even care at this point how the app may or may not work..... I just wish the creators of the app would have done a better, more complete (and possibly more honest) job in preparing the description of their app!

This app half works. When tapping on blue side arrow the app crashes. Please fix other then that great idea.

The description advertises USB functionality as if it were a flash drive. Well thats only the case if you plug in the device to the computer running iTunes that its syncd with. Once in iTunes, you can copy files to the device. It could be just me, but I was thinking this app provided thumb drive like functionality which isnt really the case... FYI. Its worth 99 cents though!

Apparently, this app only works on the computer that you are syncing your iPhone to. I wanted to use it to transfer files from my work computer (where I DONT sync) to my home computer (where I DO sync.) Doesnt seem to work that way. :-( Grrrr. I should have read the review by "shomeo" below before I bought it.

Doesnt do what it says. Can transfer to computer. Not worth the money.

Cant send files o computers and crashs all the time

If youre looking for a tool to transfer files (ie photos taken with the device) from your iPhone/iPad to another, this app is useless. It can only "see" the files in the flashdrive "folder". No other files whatsoever.

If you need an app to transfer files directly through iOS devices, this app WILL NOT do it. This app will not do anything any other free app will do.

Nice app! A small problem is that when I view the txt file with in the application, it doesnt show the GB code correct. Otherwise, it works very well and useful.

U need to tell people u still haft to have iTunes. I wouldnt have bought it if I had known. JERKS. Yall already knew that left it out on purpose. JERKS

Good for file transfer. Unfortunately files are stuck in the app unless you email them - the app does not do "open in" other apps. So I can transfer PDFs but cannot use them in other apps on my iPad - can only view them in the built-in viewer. If this is fixed Ill give it a better review. Also note - there is a separate iPad version!

As others have pointed out the data is locked in the app & the viewers are not all that high quality. It is true that the app is somewhat misrepresented in that it does not become a flashdrive & requires iTunes. To be fair you can learn this Im the trial version, but they could be up front about it... Particularly with the misleading name. I can live with all that for $2. My low rating is because this app is far from "polished" or whatever the writeup says. It is unstable, crash prone & has forces me to reset my iPhone several times. Do not go anywhere near the. Delete function... this app is read only in EVERY sense of the word & that most definitely includes the delete. Delete from iTuneS only... you have been warned!
